From the first time Michael came to our home to estimate its value, his professional attitude shone through. He apprised us of the properties good and bad points, and the best way to present the house for sale. We had valuations from other real estate agents, but they didn't seem to interested and were very slow getting back to us, Michael on the other hand gave us his valuation on the day and the reasons why and confirmed it in writing the following day. The property was only on the market for 10 days and sold above the estimated value. Michael kept us informed through the whole process and I would recommend him to any one.
