Michael has good knowledge of the local market. His experience comes handy to seller and buyer's both. Typically, he would have been a sellers agent but I liked the fact that he striked a right balance in giving the buyer correct information so that they can make an informed decision. Despite of Covid-19 threat looming large during the period the property was in the market, he was pretty confident he would sell the house for the figures he had mentioned to us before.
