I was vaguely thinking about selling my house, then Michael came along with persuasive arguments to Go! so I did - and it was sold within 10 days for a very good price.

Michael clearly understood the current state of the market and how to best position the property for that. He also was not afraid to, politely, steer me back to the right approach where on occasion I had a expressed a different view. The outcome spoke for itself that he knew what he was doing.

Unlike most feedback, our property did not sell overnight. It wasn't the best property amongst all the other properties listed in the same area and there were so many properties that were listed in the same street and area, almost simultaneously.
