I can't recommend Michael highly enough. From the moment we entered his office, he gave us realistic, genuine information in regard to pricing and presentation of the house. Within days of the house going on the internet, he had 2 interested buyers, one of which ultimately became the purchaser. Michael kept us informed right through the process of settling the property, and he has helped us to form a much better opinion of Real Estate Agents, as the person we had previously listed with had not made any genuine effort to sell for us.
