Right from the start it was clear to me that Michael was upfront with how he and the principal operate, sales value expectations and what is possible in the current market, but without the traditional issues that come with some salesmen, either excessive bravado which can be very off putting or excessive bluntness which can come off to aggressive or arrogant. To be put another way, Michael has the right blend of honesty, politeness and confidence in his demeanor to make selling and buying a positive experience. The results were great too, of course market conditions and the home itself lended to good selling, but we sold in under a week for our goal price which was marvelous. Seriously anyone who is looking to sell in the Melville Palmyra area who has done any home work would know that you should be talking to Michael, and if you don't know, now you know.....
