Michael is a friendly and competent agent and it was a pleasure to deal with him in the purchase of my home. He made sure to communicate what was happening during negotiations and helped with paperwork needing to be completed The property inspection and subsequent recommendations put to previous owner through Michael were not followed through or commented on which I was a little disappointed with. However it needs to be said I did not follow through on my requests either. Thankyou Michael I an enjoying my home !
