I think Michael was a fantastic agent! Perhaps a little too good, from a buyers perspective! He was all over us like a non-contagious rash, one not requiring antibiotics. I couldn't imagine someone promoting a property as well as Michael did. He was extremely enthusiastic, returned phone calls promptly, very knowledgeable about the property and prepared to open the property at times other than those advertised. The only downsides I can see of him is his love of Essendon Football Club and Adam Sandler movies. Happy Gilmore says 'just tap it in', but with Michael, its a hole in one! Michael led us through an intense yet succesful campaign from start to finish.
