Michael was a tenacious agent who did a great job in a challenging market. His instincts around marketing and presenting the property were sound, and well worth listening to. He also has a good network of contacts around the property itself, to get it looking its best.

Michael was brilliant from start to finish. He took care of several matters that were difficult to navigate as an investor from interstate. I would highly recommend this agent.

A huge thank you to Cody and Michael for helping me sell my Bowen Hills apartment. In this market, I honestly didn't think we'd get an offer that met my expectations, especially as I wouldn't budge on my minimum price. They worked incredibly hard to get the deal over the line, kept me informed every step of the way, and their communication was outstanding. Their commission was well deserved. Highly recommend!
