First class job!

Michael helped us through the difficult process of preparing for sale and selling our property that had been huge a part of my life for over 50 years. Prior to listing the property for sale we had appraisals from a number of agents but Michael was the only one who truly understood the property’s features and history and how it fitted in to the character of the mountain area. I’m sure it wasn’t the easiest property to sell with specialised but ageing infrastructure that could either be a liability or invaluable to the right people. When we were discouraged Michael kept us moving ahead, doing what we could to facilitate a sale. In the end we got a fair price, both for us and for the new owners who I trust will build their own memories for themselves and their children just as we have. Michael wasn’t in it for an instant sale but for the right sale.
