Michael was friendly and easy to communicate with from the get go. We met Michael through buying another property which Michael was selling. We were impressed by his mannerism and his ability to negotiate to ensure he secured the best price for the property (trust me, I experienced it first hand!) Michael went out of his way to help us get ready for the move. He drove cardboard boxes out to use just to help out. We also shared more than a few beverages while chatting strategy. It was like having a mate sell your house for you. During the selling process, Michael understood that it's not just a property, that somebody still lived in the house and it's somebody's home. He actively looked after the house, making sure all the lights, fans and AC were turned off when he was done with an open house. He actively ensured sliding doors were closed behind viewers entering and exiting the backyard to ensure we don't rack-up $$$$ on the electricity bill from the AC. It's all the little things and attention to detail that won us over. I've met many agents over the 12 months we looked for a new house, I believe Michael went well above and beyond his duty to help us with the process of buying and selling. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael to future buyers / sellers.
