Michael Kingston was great agent. From the beginning he was honest with us about the price we might expect, which was almost exactly what we finally got! He also advised us to make some small modifications to the property which I think eventually helped the sale. He communicated with us constantly in person, by phone and through an internet portal so that we were always up to date about the level of interest in our property. At first things were very slow and we started to wonder whether it would ever sell. However, Michael was always full of optimism and told us to be patient and all would be well - and so it was. The negotiation stage was short because Michael achieved an initial offer close to what we wanted and then negotiated it up a little so that both vendors and purchasers were happy. He did all this with very little fuss. Michael was always easy to deal with. He has a strong sense of humour which helped a lot during the more difficult days when no-one seemed interested. In summary I would recommend him to anyone about to sell or buy real estate.

We have been looking to buy a house for over 6 months. My review of Michael is purely based on his performance and skills. Michael has been outstanding in closing the deal out for the property I bought. He had lot of industry knowledge which he shared with us. He always returned my calls if he wasn't available to pick up at first. He personality was very professional. He seemed to be a genuine person. We all know and its even published in articles that never trust a sales agent and I am sorry say in some cases this is true but NOT WITH MICHAEL. He has been very professional in his approach from day one in terms of Negotiating with owners and getting contracted signed. He understand and respects peoples privacy. I have had agents who would call me very late at night to persuade me to sign a contract. At some point it went from persuading to annoying.
