Very approachable agent

My wife and I purchased a property through Michael Kingston at LJ Hooker Margate earlier this year. I had contacted Michael prior to discovering our purchased property, requesting that he contact us when an appropriate house came on the market. Sure enough, Michael contacted us and advised us of the house coming up. We attended the open home and Michael went out of his way to ensure our questions were answered. When we purchased the property, there were a few out of the ordinary council compliances that had to be obtained, and Michael ensured that the whole process was as smooth as possible. We are thankful for Michael's approachable personality, as it certainly made us feel a whole lot more comfortable in purchasing the property.
