An excellent communicator who made us feel confident

Michael was an excellent agent for us. He talked with us plainly about the market, about our timing and we discussed a price range that didn't feel feel inflated or unrealistic. He suggested a great approach to the timing of marketing which we had not thought of. When we went to market Michael kept us informed and honestly told us how each viewing went.
