Well, what can I say about Micheal! I could write a book about his personality, experience, expertise, and passion regarding the real estate industry. Michael had the hard task of selling my apartment in Mount Lawley while the industry wasn't looking that good, especially with an abundance of apartments for sale in and close to the CBD but he did it and sold it! in between having short stay guests which made it difficult for him. The sale did take a few months but eventually sold to a lucky lady who has now taken possession. Michael's dedication and perseverance was the key factor in succeeding with the sale. On each home open he informed me of all proposed buyers and their comments. His follow up calls to buyers eventually after about 4 months of a lady who came to the home open, 'cracked the sale' to the lady who is now living in my beautiful apartment.
