Michael was very helpful and friendly during the purchase process. While we only met a couple of times he knew who I was without being prompted on both occasions. So he is good with names and faces. I have needed to access the apartment a couple of times prior to settlement and he has been more than happy to make time to let me in and do what needed doing. He was also familiar with other properties in the area that were in similar position to my place as far as body corporate issues were concerned. It made me feel confident in his knowledge and experience.
