Personable and direct in dealings

We’d had a number of near misses to buy a property in Melbourne. We’re well accustomed to negotiation tactics in our work and had experienced some very dodgy dealings with different agents previously. Dealing with Michael was gladly nothing like this! He was pleasant, direct and straightforward about what the vendor selling was after and how we could acquire the property.
