Michael lived up to my expectation after being highly recommended to me. I was not only his vast experience that was impressive but more so was his kind and warm attitude during a very tight and worrying period which we as sellers experience. He was always available at all hours, accomodating, understanding and respectful. The time of selling may have been tight and the price not really meeting my expectations but given the circumstances the end result is what matters.
