As an interstate seller, we just took a punt on Michael, as I believed he had provided the most professional proposal and ideas to sell our property. We didn't meet Michael prior to appointing him as our agent and I am so happy he took us on. He endured a pair of difficult sellers over a number of months, and it was a longer than normal process getting the property onto the market. There were months of miss steps on our part, which Michael took in his stride, and he didn't buckle under the pressure we placed on him. Getting a property ready for sale was an easy task for us as we relied on his expertise, but it was very difficult for Michael he was only able to contact us by phone or email. I would recommend Michael Liew as Estate Agent of the year. He did an outstanding job
