Michale is ultra-professional, personable and honest. He knows his stuff and has impeccable attention to detail. He kept us in the loop all the time, and provided regular detailed reports and phone calls. In the end he sold our property and basically changed our life. We knew right away, we would get him to sell our Sunshine West property. He took the time to come to our house and give us direction on how to stage and present our property. And we of course trusted him completely. Once we made the changes he came and rechecked and even moved furniture himself in his typical attention to detail style. Within a week of photos and advertising he started the open houses straight away as he recognised the market was a little slower due to interest rate increases. In a few days later he negotiated in his own time on two public holidays with a couple of interested parties and sold our home. How amazing !! Within the week. I will finish with this - Michael is amazing and cares about what he does. He treats each home he is selling like his or one of his families homes. It’s nice to completely leave a task in someone’s hands and not have to worry about anything. Selling a home is so stressful, but he really supports you and the process and makes everything easy. What a pleasure Michael was to deal with the sale of both our properties. And because of him we were able to build our dream home in Torquay Victoria. And I am being quite serious that no one could have achieved what he has for us. And we will be forever grateful to him and JAS Stephens. JAS Stephens has top notch people and I would recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact I always do recommend them to friends and family. I could go on for a long time but I would love him to get some recognition of some sort because he works incredibly hard in business hours and outside. He is such an asset and hope he is truly appreciated.
