Michael has such a nice balance of being completely professional and great at his job, while also being the kind of person we could have a chat and a laugh with along the way. From the start, he took the time to understand our reasons for selling, what mattered to us, and even our anxieties about the process. His communication was spot on & we always felt informed, involved and supported. This was our first time selling a house and, with two young kids, it was as daunting as it was exciting. Michael never lost sight of how personal and life-changing it was for us. He guided us through every step in a way that felt supportive but never condescending, and always listened and made us feel seen and heard.
