Michael was very easy to deal with and provided my husband and I with a good overview of the land we were looking to purchase. He did not an aggressive sales approach which was a nice change from others we had dealt with in our search. There were a number of issues with the property we finally acquired and Michael sought to obtain answers to our queries or put us in contact with others who could be of assistance.
