Patience & Understanding - a great combination for a Real Estate Agent!

It was a great pleasure to work with Michael in the purchase of a house for my 80yr old mother. Big step for mum and when we eventually found a suitable home for her, Michael was very understanding and patient with her in getting her through the contract stage and onto the finalisation of the purchase. Michael kept us up to date with all the steps in working with the other party and had us on a clear understanding of where we were in the process and what was coming next. Very clear on when finances were needed and in dealings with the legal side of the process. I have also been to other open houses that Michael has shown and watching him with other clients I can see that he has that understanding with everyone he comes into contact with. He is a very knowledgable real estate agent with the added bonus that he is wanting great outcomes for all involved.
