Michael went above and beyond in the sale of our house. I cannot recommend highly enough the time and effort Michael puts in. Communication was excellent throughout, we were always made well aware of what was happening with the prospective buyers. He was able to secure a sale above our asking price, even with a considerable time constraint, as we had already purchased another property.

Michael and his team were very professional and had provided excellent communication through the whole process. Selling a property can be very stressful but they made the process go very smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend

Michael was easy to work with. Great communicator and helped arrange a quick settlement.

Very impressed with Michael. I was a new buyer and Michael made the process very easy and patiently explained all the steps I needed to do to complete the transaction.

From the moment we made contact and Michael came to our house to talk about selling our house we knew we had picked the right person. He was very professional yet friendly and easy to chat to and we never felt pressured. He was full of enthusiasm not only about the possible opportunity to sell our house but of our house itself. Michael explained the whole marketing process and had a great knowledge of both the market and Frankston/ Karingal area. His advice to us throughout was invaluable and always responded promptly, with honesty and a caring attitude. The whole process was smooth and we were thrilled with the sale. We could not have asked for a better agent.

Michael and Ashley from E View went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. They have been incredibly flexible, and made helpful adjustments to suit our very unique situation. Their expertise and support throughout the whole process has been so incredibly invaluable. With their support, a potentially very stressful and exhausting transition was made into a smooth and quick process, with a fantastic outcome. I’m so glad that we were able to work with them. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose them every time.

Michael was so helpful though out my home buying journey not bombarding me with calls and spam like other agents. He asked me what I needed in a home upon meeting and recommended exactly what was requested knowing my budget. It was the second property he showed me that I purchased. A big thank you and definitely would recommend buying or selling with him

Michael and his wonderful team including Ash used their local knowledge and connections to perfection to achieve a great result for our property with a successful sale in less than 10 days. Highly recommend Michael for your sale if you're looking for a great local agent.

Great guy propped up by a great team!, I felt that he worked for the best price possibly for my house. 100% recommend and would definitely use him again.

As first time sellers Michael and his team walked us through everything and supported us every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for more when it came to his practical advice, honest opinions and years of expertise. We’d highly recommend Michael to anyone considering selling their property, especially if the thought of that seems a bit daunting.

Buying a house can be stressful but Michael has an open friendly manner and delivers information clearly and efficiently. He was prompt with my requests for information and was as transparent as he could be during the offer process. Ashley was also helpful with background information about Frankston. So it was a smooth ride for me and my family. Much appreciated. There were no stressful times .

Excellent effort by Michael and the rest of the team at Eview Frankston for the sale of our property. Michael knew the area and market very well and was open and honest whilst managing our expectations. I would highly recommend him to any person looking to sell their property in the Frankston area.
