This is our 3rd time using Michael to sell a property, when we decided to sell we didn't bother 'shopping round' and called Michael, he gave us an honest appraisal, detailed things that we should do. 6 months later in 2020 (IKR) we decided to put it on the market. Tricky times to be selling a house but Michael was astute, knew what he was doing and knew what the market was doing.
