Michael and his team were very passionate to get the best price for our property. His customer service and follow up was excellent, informative and helpful. His knowledge and expertise were much appreciated, we felt we were in very good hands from the outset. We highly recommend his services.

Extremely nice person to deal with has a very professional approach and good knowledge of the market place

Michael is an exemplary agent who has great local knowledge of the Frankston region. I found Michael to be approachable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with - and I was the purchaser in the transaction. Michael is the consummate professional and sets himself apart from all the other Frankston real estate agents due to his ability to develop a rapport with all parties (knowing how important future business and relationships are) and his sales strategy. Thank you Michael. We are thrilled with our purchase.

From our initial meeting, the whole family felt comfortable with Michael. He was fantastic throughout the campaign. Always communicating well and keeping us well informed throughout the whole process. Michael is a very authentic person and this comes through personally and professionally. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Michael.

Michael made selling our house a very quick, easy, painless process ending with a great result. We knew exactly what was happening every step of the way and were given daily updates. Michael is extremely approachable and knowledgeable and we highly recommend him. Thanks again Michael for a very easy sale.

The property of 29 Olympic ave frankston sold quickly and the price very good , I'm very happy and satisfy for Mr Michael .He do a very good job! Ying

I bought a house through Michael and from the open house where I met him to when I made an offer he was up front every step of the way and always reachable when I had questions about the sale. I would recommend his services when buying or selling!

Michael was great to deal with throughout our purchasing process with fantastic knowledge of the local area, excellent communication skills, honesty and more importantly understanding our needs and wants in our search. While it is always stressful in the hunt for a property, we were never felt pressured and were dealt with in a professional manner that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend his services!

Michael was very professional and achieved a sales result $156,000 (45%) higher than what another agent quoted. We were extremely happy with his communication and recommendations.

Michael runs a very knowledgeable team in the area of Frankston and he works very shifty in all areas. He and his team has great customer relationship management skills and he makes sure that he works on both the vendors and buyers best interest . He is quick and smart.

I cannot recommend Michael enough. He has been nothing but extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to me, even after all the formalities had ended. As someone who has been engaged in the housing market for many years and actively looking for properties over the past year, I have encountered many other agents, but Michael has been by far, the most professional and knowledgeable of them all.

Michael was very aware of the difficulty it was for me selling my family home, he treated me great respect and kindness, his skills are second to none
