We found Michael very knowledgeable and down to earth with his knowledge of the market . We would recommend Michael as he was respectful with what we required an not pushy.

Michael was a gentleman from the beginning. Didn’t treat me like a wallet, but rather a genuine mother keen to buy a home for her family . Nothing was to much trouble and he was an excellent communicator.

Very precises good communication.

Michael was an approachable and professional agent who was able to help us understand the market and all related items of house purchasing.

He did an amazing job

I have had the pleasure of working with Michael for the purchase and sale of my unit. He is a reliable and considerate agent that always gave great advice that I could trust. I would not hesitate to call Michael up in the future for the sale of a home as I know he will get the job done in an honest and professional way.

Excellent knowledge and very professional in the sale of our home.. kept up to date with info.. highly recommend...

I could not fault Michael's work in any way. From the first meeting to talk about the house sale to the final chat to congratulate me on settlement, Michael was friendly, professional and was always ready to answer questions. Michael made the process of selling the home simple and easy.

Michael was very easy to work with, he made the whole house buying process sail through smoothly, he replied in a timely manner which made things a whole lot better.

Michael was awesome to deal with and so appreciated the hard work getting me the house and negotiating terms with the vendors ☺️

Michael was spot on in his assessment of the market value of my house. He was very friendly, courteous and considerate of my needs in relation to the sale process. He kept me informed of developments at each stage of the sale. He was able to secure multiple offers in a very quick time frame. And achieve a very acceptable final sale price. I sort out and respected his advice on some issues. I would not hesitate to seek out Michael as an agent should I decide to buy or sell property in the future.

Michael listened to my expectation of what I was seeking and within a day I was wrapped with the quality of properties that I was able to inspect. Punctuality, communication and great knowledge of the correct procedures has lead me to happily purchasing my new residence.
