Michael has great knowledge of the current market, he was professional, honest and always available. He was friendly and polite during every interaction.

Michael was wonderful to deal with. We spoke on the phone 6 months prior to listing my home for sale as it was tenanted and Michael offered some advice on what i could do to improve the value of my home. When it came time to sell, Michael remembered who i was and the situation i was in. During the appraisal, Michael worked to understand what was important to me and had valuable market insights. He was professional and recommended a strategy based on what works well in that area. And boy did it work!! My home was listed for 6 days and i had received multiple offers and accepted an offer above asking price. Michael communicated with me daily on the progress of the offers and made the whole process stress free. As i live in Melbourne, Michael offered to help keep the house clean and tidy post inspections. I couldn't be happier with Michael as my agent and would 100% recommend him to anyone wanting to sell in the Ballarat area. Thank you Michael!

Michael was proactive and knowledgeable.

To say that the price Michael McIntosh achieved for our property in Ballarat exceeded our expectations is an understatement. He worked tirelessly on our behalf, and as a result the sale price was significantly above the reserve price. Quite simply we were overjoyed. Throughout the process Michael was professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Michael!

Michael made the sale of my home easy and quick. I was glad I listened to his advice and very happy with whole process. I would highly recommend Michael as an upfront, knowledgeable and effective agent.

Michael is an extremely helpful and an approachable person. He is always willing to help no matter what, whenever I was worried I called him and he always answered quickly. I was very nervous about putting my house on the market and he made the whole experience easy. Thank you so much, Michael, I really appreciate everything you did for us.

Michael was quiet helpful and was determined to get me the type of house I was after.

We were thrilled with the ease of dealing with Michael (Burton’s) during the stressful time of buying a home. He was great at communicating everything we needed to know and giving us the time we felt we needed to make a decision that we’re comfortable with - especially in this whirl wind market. Would recommend Michael in a heartbeat!

Michael was very efficient and kept us up to date with both our sale and purchase. he understood our needs and found us the right property to our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend Michael to any body looking to buy or sell real estate.

Michael showed great professionalism when selling my house in Ballarat The process was not stressful due to the contact with Michael His dedication to selling the house, resulted in an above expected financial result The period of time from when the house went on the market to being sold was very short I believe this was a direct result of Michael knowing the market, and his buyers I would highly recommend any seller or buyer to contact Michael or the Buxton Team

From the first time I spoke to Michael on the phone everything went to plan. Sold two properties at a value I was more than happy with in the least amount of time. Would highly recommend Michael McIntosh as an agent to buy or sell your property.

Michael has a done great job in assisting us to buy the property at Alfredton. He is extremely extremely a polite & humble person. Most of all, he is extremely professional.
