My first impression of Michael was that he was thorough and experienced and whilst I still believe this overall I was very disappointed in the handling of negotiations which eventually resulted in a sale. It is/was obvious that volume is the key and when I explained that me taking a 20K decrease in the sale price only meant the difference of $200 odd dollars in commission he suddenly became unable to understand. Through my insistence was what lead to the final sale. In summary less than impressed and really begrudge paint the full commission as I was instrumental in securing the final negotiations of the sale.
I would highly recommend Michael, he had our unit that was previously with other Real Estate Agents for months with little advertising budgets he SOLD our unit with ease after merely weeks of having the listing. At all times there was open communication right from the start until and after the sale. As we were no local he managed everything for us, the whole process was easy. Could not have asked for better definitely 5 star service and sales

To whom this may concern it is in my opinion that Michael most certainly works hard to deliver the result most buyers are trying to achieve & in all fairness he knowledge of the local area & property market is exceptional. How ever when you first meet an agent first impressions count picking at your teeth isn't a good look unfortually ,after purchasing the property guess what there was unforseen issues with maintenance I'm quite sure Michael had to in the know of these Issues as he had been in negotiations for some time of selling this property Disappointing on my end. Would I buy from this agent again yes" as he's a hard worker but next time I most certainly would cover all bases !.
Title says it all. Didn't bother me with the multiple offers. Contacted me with the last 2, asked me what I would be happy with. And the got more. List with Mick and relax. Recommend him 100%
