The whole written offer was rushed (completed a full contract at our first offer meeting) and after our offer was accepted, no other contact with Michael was made. Not only did Michael missed our pre-settlement inspection which was pre-arranged by his office, and his assistant only turned up when I called to remedied them of the appointment. The office failed to get my name right when inviting me to complete this honest review. Would not recommend this agency to handle my future transactions.
