As a rule, I detest salespeople of any kind. With going into detail, quite simply I don't trust them. However, quite happily, I found Michael to be the exception to the rule. He never missed a beat in keeping me informed at every step of the way, took care of so many things that I had very little to stress about - even with matters that I would not have regarded as his responsibility. Was proactive & prompt in all our dealings, accurate with market knowledge & advice, honest to a fault. I quite literally found myself trusting the entire process to him, which is no easy thing. I never doubted that he genuinely had both mine & my buyers best interests at heart. On top of all that I am confident he secured the best possible deal I was going to achieve for my property, & he did so in a relatively short time frame. Can't recommend him highly enough, this is one very happy customer.

As sellers of the property, our focus was to maximise sale price and minimise cost and with an emotional attachment and a perceived value of the property and once we had decided to sell it was important to sell quickly.
