So happy to have sold this place

Micheal has been very helpful in our sales of our house in Gracemere we have been in negotiations with him for a couple of years now and we held off for what we thought was the best time to sell. As soon as we rang him to put it on the market he was able to sell it in 2 weeks. Just wish we saw the % before we sold and negotiated that a bit but never mind our bad. We first met Micheal when we were going to buy in the Rockhampton area, this was over 4 yrs ago and we have had good communications with him over this time.
