An easy, enjoyable and hassle free experience!

Highly recommend for both sellers and buyers!

Michael was a pleasure to work with to secure our recent property. As a serious buyer trying to find a new home over the last 4 months, we had many experiences with agents who provided little guidance to buyers, were not transparent in their actions, and subsequent to us providing serious offers on properties they were very difficult to engage which resulted in an extremely frustrating experience. This was not the case with Michael, where his communication was excellent in particular he provided timely feedback, and he applied skilled negotiation which led to an amicable sale between us and the vendor. If you are seeking a fair, transparent and effective agent - we highly recommend Michael. From our experience these highly positive personal traits are very difficult to find amongst real estate agents in the competitive housing market.

Great agent very easy to deal with

Michael is extremely professional, with a very good knowledge of local real estate issues. At the same time, he is very friendly and easy to deal with, and was most helpful in guiding us through the property sale process. Having Michael as our agent made what can be an extremely stressful situation much easier to cope with.
