I would recommended Michael as your property consultant because of his outstanding knowledge of property market and communication skill as well as negotiation ability. He is able to think from buyer's perspective and help buyers to analyse the potential and value of the house. In addition, he is very friendly and easygoing. Besides, he helped the communication between vendors and me, which went pretty well. Overall, I would say Michael is a professional and trustworthy property consultant.
