Great result and excellent service

There are two things I want from a real estate agent when selling. A great sale price and excellent service. Michael delivered both exceptionally well. Michael knew the local market inside out and kept me informed of other sales in the area during the process. His open communication style put me at ease and I knew he was doing everything possible to get the result I wanted. He took ownership of the whole process including dealing with strata managers, lawyers and prospective buyers. Will use Michael again and happily recommend others to do the same.
