Michael was very easy to deal with for the purchase of our first home. He was laid back, honest, and allowed my family, partner and I several visits to the house prior to offering. At each visit allowed us to properly inspect the house (was not in our face with sales) but was available to answer questions, which was really important to us. Likewise, he was always available to answer questions that occurred to my partner and I (being nervous about the big decision) via phone calls, which made the whole process much less scary.
