Was not a straight forward purchase and Michael assisted us with all the questions we needed to satisfy us to proceed.
My wife and I called around in 2014 to Hayden Real Estate and was introduced to Michael Nemeth. Michael listen to us as to the land and position we where looking for and suggested four possible options of vacant land in which we came back that day with a property we were very keen on putting a deposit down the next day. Michael was able to fluently advise the steps I needed to take in this purchase as to banks and solicitors. Early March 2017 my wife has been diagnosed with Amyloidosis (a terminal illness) and I made contact with Michael to sell up on our behalf.
