Once we found the house we liked he was very accommodating in showing us through at a time that suited my husband and I and even arranged a second viewing for our children. Overall very happy. Guided us well, and recommended alot to help sell. Handle well throughout but on settlement day front admin called and congratulated us on settlement of house. Disappointed as she had nothing to do with the sale of the property,and did not hear from Michael or Claire after that.
