Unlike other agents Michael and Adam hunt in a pack. Their knowledge of the market in Sherwood, Moorooka, and surrounding suburbs is second to none, but what surprised me was their knowledge of the market around Camp Hill. They had a list of people that were genuine buyers and after a 3 week campaign they helped sell our property prior to auction. Their constant communication with me was fantastic and there tenacity in closing the deal was something to behold (You know who I am Talking about Adam).
