Michael did a good job and persisted with selling our apartment despite slowing market conditions at the end of last year. He managed to get us a good price under the circumstances and I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone else thinking of selling a residential property in the Gosford area. The only negative I would say is that I would have liked more regular phone calls to update us after open houses, rather than just getting a report via email.
