Michael & his partner Nicky showed lack of respect, courtesy, privacy & professionalism. They remained defiant on an unsuccessful sales strategy. They couldn’t deliver what they promised. Great verbal salesman but the minute contract was signed, he dropped me. Always too busy, sloppy & name calling. It was a very costly, dishonest, stressful, unreliable, distasteful experience that I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. They were arguementative & biased. Poor communication, lack of respect for authorities & legal requirements. They didn’t deliver the sales campaign & strategy that was discussed. Sales Champaign & marketing was as it suited them & I was refused input. Open Homes & Marketing we’re rushed poorly organised & conducted. A second sales agent should of been present when selling a large home on landscaping acreage. They didn’t follow through on enquires. I was left in the dark & having to chase them.

Michael was recommended to us and we could not be happier with him and Nicky from Cutcliffe Real Estate. His advice on pricing , marketing and how to run the campaign was spot on. The communication with us was so important and Michael and Nicky kept us informed all the way. The advice on using a stylist to furnish our home was fantastic and was well worth it. Selling a family home of 30 years was a huge thing for us and Michael and Cutcliffe really did a great job . We have no hesitation with recommending MIchael to anyone looking to sell their home.
