Michael presented sound arguments when we initially met him and a marketing strategy that made sense. He suggested the type of buyers that might be interested in the property and seemed to have in-depth knowledge of the market in Seymour, and what would be most likely to work. He also listened to what we wanted to achieve in the sale; the balance between getting a rapid sale, and getting a good price. Michael suggested marketing the property such that we might get the best possible sales result, but realistically and in as short a time-frame as possible. Michael organized contractors to perform clean-up in the garden and inside the house, in order to present the property in the best light possible. All this preparation resulted in a prospective buyer being located within a week of the property going to market. Michael then successfully negotiated to close the deal and I feel that all parties should be satisfied with the result.
