Michael was very accommodating and made the process of purchasing this property as stress free as possible. As I was not in QLD during the process of purchasing the home, Michael arranged for a detailed video inspection and took the time to show me what I wanted to look at on the property. Michael also opened the home so a family member could inspect and was available to answer calls. Michael was honest and reliable. General experience, Top team, always correct. Spoken words are not a show, trustful and respectful to a potential buyer. Based on our experience with another agent couple months ago, it was completely different support. After we received the confirmation, that the seller confirmed our bid, Michael support us, that we can have earlier access. Our solicitor contact the seller solicitor and we received the ok. It was finally an emotional presentation, Michael add the "sold sticker" in front of the house together with our son and our family. Our house in Clifton was really the renovators dream. "The worst house in the best street". Several agents turned their nose. Michael gave us a some great options to sell the house.
