Michael really had a challenge to sell this property. After years of neglectful tenants it was not looking its best. At the start of our contract with Michael we still had tenants. Michael was very respectful of their privacy and organised photos and open house around their schedule. After they vacated my partner and I went in and scrubbed and cleaned and decorated and patched. Michael was as excited as we were to see the transformation. He organised new photos, a very cute and inspiring video of the property and worked hard to promote every open house. We consider the property was really only marketable after our mini Reno which we completed early April. We exchange contracts in 1st July just 3 months later. The price we achieved was in our preferred range with Michael negotiating with our buyers to achieve that little extra.
