Michael was not like any other Agent that I have dealt with in the past before. Michael was very knowledgeable, realistic with pricing to achieve, caring, showed empathy and understood our needs. He called us every 1-2 days for an update on whatever – Things like how the Open Inspections went/how many through, through to letting me know how many he follow up today and their responses, and when we went to contract, he kept me updated closely as well with how things were progressing with the buyer. Seriously, Michael would have to be the most professional real estate agent that I have dealt with in buying/selling a property. It is a shame that we are interstate, as I would have liked him to have sold our home, which would have been a more pleasurable experience.
