Michael was fantastic from the beginning to the end. He was always polite, showed great care and understanding when answering questions and was very patient (being my first time buying a home). He covered all the bases and wasn't afraid to go the extra mile (even when he was unwell, he still kept the communication lines open and didn't hesitate to answer my questions - that is true customer service!) His market knowledge of the area and types of properties was exemplary, such a pleasure to deal with.
