Awful experience
One star is too generous for Michael as he does not understand that he is dealing with people’s life savings. He needs to learn and be more knowledgable about social and people skills. Because of mistakes he made he cost us thousands and this is not okay. Very unacceptable. He is the most inexperienced agent I have ever dealt with.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding the settlement delay, as the implication that this was due to my inexperience is inaccurate.
The settlement was delayed due to the following factors:
The properties were being handed over as a new build, with the agreed condition that they would be delivered vacant and in a presentable state.
You were provided with three months’ notice to ensure both dwellings, pools, and internal living areas were cleaned and prepared for a smooth handover.
You had three months to address and rectify any defects that could impact settlement.
The pool cleaner completed a full service, however payment was not made for approximately four weeks following the service (Pool Lab – 0424 597 914).
At final inspection, the purchasers were disappointed with the overall presentation and condition of the properties, which did not meet expectations for a new build handover.
These issues directly contributed to the delay. Unfortunately, the time and financial impact incurred were a result of these matters, not the actions of the selling agent.
I understand delays can be frustrating; however, responsibility for this situation lies with the property preparation and maintenance prior to settlement. As an adult and property owner, it’s important to acknowledge this rather than attributing blame elsewhere.
