Right from the beginning, I found Michael to be friendly and genuine. When I walked into what was to be my new home, it was love at first sight! By this time, I'd been in the purchasing jungle for a few weeks so I was expecting to be "just a number" with no real interest from the agent. But Michael did not come across like that.
