After having my property on the market with another agent, I wasn't able to receive and offer let alone a price worthy that I would sell for. I am more than grateful for the service I received from Michael and the team. They worked hard and made it happen. Thank you!!

Michael and Filippo were open, transparent and honest with us through the entire process, nothing for them was ever a problem and was accommodating to all our requests. They were easy to deal with and approachable which is rare in the real estate industry. Would highly recommend them to any vendor or potential buyer.

Michael went above and beyond to secure us a sale in tough market conditions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

We chose Michael after some research and weren’t disappointed. We ended up with two buyers competing for our unit and sold at a price we were happy with. Thanks Michael for your clear and regular communication and end result.

Michael Pizzata is very professional. He made the process of selling my late father's house very smooth. He was in touch very often, returned calls and kept us up to date with the process. His office was not in the area of where the house was and I was a little concerned. On auction day there was a huge turn out and the house sold for over what we thought. I was very impressed with his people's skills and highly recommend him to sell your property !

Michael did an amazing job of selling my property. The conditions of the market are heavily criticised on the media, which caused me a lot of stress. Michael alleviated the stress as well as sold my apartment for an amazing price! His professionalism was outstanding and he really put himself in my position as to understand what we needed to achieve. Agents should take note as Michael conducted himself with integrity and professionalism. Thanks again Michael.

Michael did a great job. I was very pleased with his professionalism and would recommend him as your agent. He achieved an excellent outcome for me.

Michael was a pleasure to work with. Very proactive and efficient. We’d been looking for an investment property for a few months and found the process with Michael much easier than previous potential properties.

Michael and his team were incredibly supportive and helpful with every aspect of the long and confusing process. His professionalism and assistance brought a seamlessness to a difficult and daunting experience. He brought clarity, confidence and patience at a time of great stress and uncertainty.

I found Michael to be quite professional and knowledgeable of the area and his clientele. He went the extra mile to assist prospective buyers with their enquiries and work in with us every step of the way. The marketing and communication plan he put together was exceptional and could not fault it in any way. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone in the future.

Michael understands Marrickville and the markets present conditions. He is open for any question and answers with honesty and understanding. Michael has been communicative and supportive throughout the entire process and made time for additional inspections.

The process of selling your family home is highly charged with mixed emotions and fraught with uncertainty. However, Michael’s calm and reassuring nature made all the difference as he gently led me through every step of the marketing campaign, auction process and subsequent sale of our home. It was very clear that he always had my best interest at heart and his committed approach resulted in an excellent outcome. Michael was ever present and professional and was always his authentic self. I am so very grateful for his attention to detail, advice and optimism which alleviated any stress related to the process of selling our much beloved family home.
