From the first day me and my brother meet Michael he asked us to trust him but of course you have your reservations but as we got to know him over the 6 weeks auction period he went above and beyond his job and our trust grow and it paid off i can not recommend Michael to be your agent and give him a chance u won't be sorry Michael has meet our expectation and more but even thoe he has now sold our house if any issues come up i know he is a phone call away and he does everything in his power to help resolve the issue for us im not shore what' more i can say that i haven't already covered he is a champion

Michael looks the part. He appears professional, approachable and polite. Michael demonstrated a satisfactory knowledge of a somewhat volatile and unpredictable market giving reference to similar properties within the area. He also conveyed the vendors intentions clearly. On auction day it would have been nice to be approached by Michael considering we had made an early offer and informed him of our intention to purchase the property although this did appear to be a busy time for him. Michael assisted with lines of communication with the vendors whilst waiting for settlement which allowed planning to be conducted prior to occupancy. Would recommend Michael to any buyer in the inner west area.
