Michael made me feel comfortable from the start to the end of my campaign. He kept me informed and answered any question I had in a professional and trustworthy manner. Even after my property was sold Michael was there to support me with anything I needed. I highly recommend Michael to anyone who intends to sell their property in the near future.
Michael was great to work with, he made my experience as a first home buyer very easy.
Michael and Isabella, we're just fabulous. Their communication skills were excellent and timely. The market knowledge was spot on, and I felt very confident and ability to manage the sale. I am happy with the price that I got for selling my unit and overall it was a lovely transaction and I was at ease the whole time. Thank you Michael and thank you, Isabella.
Tried to sell our property 2 years ago with no luck whatsoever. Approached Michael and his team and found them to be reliable, professional and very engaging from day 1. Michael kept the lines of communication open at all times and ensured we were comfortable with the process. Ended up with a wonderful outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and his team for future sales. Thanks everyone
Michael went above and beyond to assist with relocating my tenant and giving advice for the best possible sale. He was very patient with all the delays and still got me a selling price beyond my expectations
Selling my home was always going to be an emotional time for me after living in my home for 14 years however, I felt completely supported every step of the way with Micheal. He had open and honest communication with me right from the start so I felt the development of trust from the get go. He made himself available when I had questions or wanted clarification on the process. He was excellent and met with me from the onset to advise me of the preparations that were required to get my place ready for selling. He organised speedy and reliable trades people to carry out works and organised a wonderful stylist that was absolutely brilliant at making my place even better than it was. I feel that Michael was completely professional and went above and beyond to ensure my place sold and he supported me through that entire process. He even checked in with me after the sale, which was great. I have already recommended Micheal to my family and friends and highly recommend using Micheal and his team if you are buying or selling.
Michael and Raine&Horne Marrickville did a fantastic job for my sale. They achieved a great price and sold it without even putting it on the market. Thank you!
Michael and team helped us to sell our unit. Always kept us well informed and communicated well. Trustworthy, fair pricing and would recommend to anyone looking to sell their property. Will help you all the way.
We are very happy with the level of effort Michael put into our campaign. Our property was managed by R&H Marrickville for a long period of time and then sold by Michael and his sales team. We couldn't recommend them highly enough and are very happy with the outcome.
